  • 4 tablespoons Ajvar (pepper relish)
  • 4 tablespoons Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 small Cucumber (optional)
  • 1 medium Tomato (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground lamb.

Step 2

Finely mince the garlic cloves and add them to the meat mixture.

Step 3

Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Mix in the baking soda and water, which help keep the sausages tender.
