  • 4 cups Crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 6 cups Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup Caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and corn syrup, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to bubble gently.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
