Ingredients

  • 400 grams large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 5 pieces celery stalks
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves (minced)

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground white pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shrimp thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Slice the celery stalks diagonally into thin pieces, about 1/4-inch thick.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Stir until smooth and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
