  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 5 pieces celery stalks
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 60 milliliters chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 inch ginger

Directions

Step 1

1. Prepare the chicken by slicing the chicken breasts into thin strips, around 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.

2. Wash the celery stalks and slice them diagonally into thin pieces, about 1/4 inch wide. Set aside.

3. Mince the garlic cloves, finely slice the ginger, and chop the green onions into small pieces. Keep them ready.
