  • 6 cups celery, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and set aside.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt. Blanch the chopped celery for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
