Ingredients

  • 6 pieces celery stalks
  • 4 medium potatoes

Directions

Step 1

Wash and chop the celery stalks into small pieces. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

In a large pot, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter melts.

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot. Sauté for 3–4 minutes, or until the onion is soft and translucent.
