Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 8 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the cauliflower by removing the outer leaves and cutting it into bite-sized florets.

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt, then blanch the cauliflower florets in the boiling water for 4-5 minutes until tender but still slightly firm. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
