Ingredients

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 unit large egg
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
