Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 large Bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Wash and prepare all vegetables. Cut the cauliflower into small florets, slice the bell pepper, julienne the carrot, and have the snap peas ready.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
