  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 ounces, crumbled Blue cheese

  • 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish) Chives

Directions

Step 1

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and discard the tough stem.
