  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Break the cauliflower into medium-sized florets, rinse thoroughly, and set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the cauliflower florets in the boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
