Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 4 cups Watercress
  • 0.25 cups Sliced almonds

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Break the cauliflower into small florets and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Drizzle the cauliflower with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
