Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Firm tofu
  • 0.75 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Add the cauliflower florets to a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice-like granules. You should end up with about 2 1/2 cups of 'cauliflower rice.'

Step 3

Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Let it cool slightly.

Step 4

Place the microwaved cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. This step is crucial for a crisp crust.

Step 5

In the food processor, blend the firm tofu until smooth and creamy. Add it to a mixing bowl along with the squeezed cauliflower.

Step 6

Mix in the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined, forming a dough-like consistency.

Step 7

Shape the dough into a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten it into a thin, even circle or rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 8

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and firm to the touch.

Step 9

Remove the crust from the oven. Add your favorite pizza toppings (sauce, cheese, and ingredients of choice) and bake for an additional 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step 10

Slice and serve your cauliflower and tofu pizza warm. Enjoy!
