Ingredients

  • 500 grams Cauliflower florets
  • 500 grams Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 stalks Celery stalks
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 sprays Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Spray a large pot with cooking spray and heat on medium heat.

Step 2

Chop the onion, garlic, celery, and carrot into small pieces and add them to the pot. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.

Step 3

Add the cauliflower and broccoli florets to the pot and stir to combine.

Step 4

Pour in 1 liter of vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
