  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with half the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly, then roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until lightly golden and tender.
