Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cauliflower
  • 1 medium head Broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized florets, discarding the tough stems.
