  • 0.5 cup Water chestnuts, diced
  • 2 Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 12 Butter lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Crushed peanuts (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha or chili sauce (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Clean and pat dry the chicken breast. Dice it into small, even cubes. Do the same for the shrimp.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well and set aside.
