  • 2 large Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and dice the Roma tomatoes into small, bite-sized chunks and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Drain and rinse the canned black beans and sweet corn. Add them to the mixing bowl with the tomatoes.

Step 3

Core and dice the red and green bell peppers into small pieces and add them to the bowl.

Finely dice the jalapeño, removing the seeds for less heat if desired. Add to the mix.
