  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar (for dough)

  • 1 cup Cashews (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar (for coating)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed.

Add 0.5 cup of powdered sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt.
