Ingredients

  • 500 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch

  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 150 grams Broccoli florets
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 100 grams Cashews
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 4 cups Cooked rice, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.

Step 2

Sprinkle the cornstarch over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil to create the stir fry sauce. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
