Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded

Directions

Step 1

Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, diced red bell pepper, diced celery, sliced green onions, and cashews.
