  • 1 medium Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Cashews, unsalted
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 4 cups Cooked white rice

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
