  • 0.5 cup Light corn syrup
  • 1 cup Salted roasted cashews
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda

Directions

Step 1

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it. Set aside.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the granulated sugar and light corn syrup. Stir until combined.

Microwave the sugar and corn syrup mixture on high for 4 minutes. The mixture should begin to bubble and become clear.
