  • 1 cup Buttermilk

  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Molasses
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 0.5 cup Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the wheat bran and buttermilk. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to soften the bran.
