  • 120 grams Cream cheese
  • 60 grams Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 grams Shredded lettuce
  • 50 grams Shredded red cabbage

Directions

Step 1

Peel the carrots and trim the ends. Use a vegetable peeler or mandoline to slice the carrots into long, thin ribbons.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, minced dill, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
