Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized Carrots
  • 2 Fresh peaches
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)
  • 4 Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into smaller chunks for easier blending.

Wash and pit the peaches. There's no need to peel them unless desired for a smoother texture.

Rinse the fresh thyme and strip the leaves off the stems until you have approximately one teaspoon of leaves.
