  • 1 cups Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 2 units Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Grated fresh carrots (packed)
  • 0.75 cups Raisins
  • 0.5 cups Chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
