  • 4 medium Carrots
  • 3 large Celery stalks
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Wash the carrots and celery thoroughly under running water to remove dirt and debris.

Peel the carrots if desired and cut them into small chunks for easier blending.

Chop the celery stalks into smaller pieces.

If using ginger, peel the skin and slice it into smaller bits for easy blending.

Add the carrot chunks, celery pieces, ginger, and 1 cup of water into a blender.

Blend until smooth, ensuring all ingredients are well combined. If your blender struggles, add a bit more water to help it along.

Place a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag over a large bowl or pitcher. Pour the blended mixture through it to strain out the pulp.
