  • 2 medium Red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, sliced
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Guacamole (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to form the marinade.
