  • 1 cup Cabbage (shredded)
  • 0.5 cups Carrot (shredded)
  • 0.25 cups Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (optional, for toasting buns)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness (about 1/2 inch).
