  • 2 stalks green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 whole lime, for serving lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the chicken by rinsing it with cold water and patting it dry with paper towels. Remove any excess fat or giblets from the cavity.
