  • 1 9-inch Unbaked pie crust
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, combine the diced papaya and granulated sugar. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the papaya begins to soften and release its natural juices.
