  • 250 grams Ground pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Spiced rum
  • 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, green onions, allspice, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.

Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
