  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar (packed)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl or spice grinder, combine all the dry ingredients: ground allspice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, paprika, dried thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, kosher salt, and brown sugar.
