  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Clean the chicken wings and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a blender or food processor, combine scallions, garlic, thyme, ginger, scotch bonnet pepper, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to create a marinade.
