  • 0.25 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 medium Red onion (sliced)
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, ground allspice, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Mix until evenly combined, but do not overwork the meat.

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during grilling.
