  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the chicken: Brush each chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and rub evenly with the Caribbean jerk seasoning. Set aside.
