Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons blackcurrant syrup (Cassis syrup)
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 4 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 1 slice lime wheel
  • 2 ounces optional rum (for a cocktail version)

Directions

Step 1

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with the blackcurrant syrup, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and coconut water.

2. If making a cocktail, add 2 ounces of rum to the shaker as well.

3. Add the crushed ice to the shaker and seal it tightly.
