  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and gently pound them to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin. This ensures even cooking.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
