Ingredients

  • 200 grams graham crackers
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 700 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • 3 pieces large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 200 grams caramel sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Step 2

Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter in a bowl until well combined.

Step 3

Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form a compact crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add granulated sugar and beat until well combined and creamy.
