  • 30 milliliters Milk
  • 1 piece Egg yolk

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine granulated sugar and a splash of water. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves completely, then stop stirring and let the mixture come to a boil.
