Directions

Step 1

Add the Medjool dates and almond milk to a blender. Blend on high until the dates are fully broken down and the mixture is smooth.

Step 2

Add the chopped apple, frozen banana slices, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.

Step 3

Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes or until all the ingredients are fully combined and the shake is creamy.

Step 4
