  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 1 for garnish, cut into wedges Lime

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large, deep skillet or pot over medium heat.
