  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
