  • 200 grams Graham cracker crumbs
  • 85 grams Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 680 grams Cream cheese (softened)
  • 200 grams Granulated sugar
  • 120 grams Sour cream
  • 120 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Espresso powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa powder (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper and greasing the sides.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust. Set aside.
