Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 4 pieces Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Brew 1 cup of strong espresso or coffee and let it cool slightly if it is hot.

Step 2

In a blender, combine the brewed coffee, almond milk, frozen banana, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), and ice cubes.

Step 3
