  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, diced onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, 1/4 cup of ketchup, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
