Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber

Directions

Step 1

Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds. Slice off the rind, then cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes. Set aside.

Peel the cucumber if desired, then slice it in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and discard them. Slice the cucumber into thin half-moons.
