  • 2 15-ounce cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Set aside a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Remove the cooked sausage from the skillet and set aside.
