Ingredients

  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter

  • 1 cup salted, roasted peanuts

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly mix in the peanut butter until fully combined.

Stir in the candy corn, roasted peanuts, and crispy rice cereal until evenly distributed and well coated with the marshmallow mixture.
